Hey all Can I join your weekly weigh in? I started my diet the first of July at 215. I weighed myself today and was 190.5 I will start weighing every Tuesday and join you guys. I would really like to start working out to see if more would come off, but I havent made it a priority yet. I need to get on that. Maybe this will encourage me to do that

I don't go to the gym per se, just do lots of walking. I'll need to wear a belt to curling...

I had my annual check-up and I am happy that I weigh the same as I did last year when I went to visit him. 3 more lbs down for me!

I would love to weigh in weekly, it seems to help me when someone else is doing weight loss with me. I weigh 230  and would like to be 180 for now, I must have a reachable goal in mind. Please get back with me if anyone is interested.
Thanks,

Weighed in again this morning and found myself to be 189.2 lbs.

Guys, if you find your weight constantly inconsistent when you weigh-in follow these two helpful steps, do one or both if you like:

1) Weigh-in at the same time (let's say same hour of day) every time you weigh in since your weight fluctuates during the day, the best time to weigh0-in I find is in the morning.
2) As I said above, weigh in at around the same time. I do it in the morning before I eat breakfast, food in you starts your digestive system going for the day and so you may weigh more than later once you digested everything so my tip is to weigh-in before you eat breakfast to have a consistent result as well as a result that is pretty accurate, more so than weighing yourself after eating and  different times in the day.

Feel free to eat and exercise and have a regular day after. I use the Wii Fit board which is amazingly accurate and the right font size for me (I'm legally blind)

That's impossible. The safest weight to lose in a week is 1KG, to lose 15 in five days you'd have to go in the middle of the Sahara or something and sweat it all out and then you'll gain it back once you rehydrate, etc
