This is mostly for those who need some ideas for a quick, hassle-free snack.

1. Sun-Rype FruitSource Mini Bites. These you can either get in a berry flavor or with veggies added to it. They're quite tasty , great for if you need a sweet, healthy snack. 130 calories per serving (serving size varies per kind bought, between 13 and 24 pieces) it's a good source of fiber and can be a good replacement for if you don't have the time or jsut can't eat the required servings of fruits and veggies.

Or you could simply chop some fruits ahead of time, store them in the fridge or freezer and take  those out when needed.

Which one? The Fruit Bites are already prepared, all you need to do when bought is open the bag and enjoy. I bought mine at Loblaws, soon to be Metro but I'm sure if you do some research or look around your local store there might be some, don't be afraid to ask the staff for help if needed.

As for chopping up fruits...It doesn't take that long depending on how good a chopper you are, I enjoy my fruits fresh and juicy when they are available that way, quenches my thirst at the same time.

This earlier post of mine made e think of something..You know when you simply have a sugar craving and have frozen fruits handy? Wel, take one or two depending on their size and pop'em in your mouth letting them defrost, thenatural sugars will seep out first thus quelling any cravings for sweets.

Nice tip. I often feel like having a piece of chocolate or something sweet, especially between meals.

Im 17 years old...therefore, I dont cook. I like healthy snacks like bananas, peanuts, and tangerines. But I get really bored with those foods. I need easy fun foods that are healthy.

Why not a fruit smoothie? Put all the fruits you like in a blender, add yogurt, no too much so that you drown the fruits but a good amount like say one or two good soup spoonfuls and blend it until it's at the consistency you want. If you want to make them a little fizzy, after you poured the smoothie in a tall glass or whatever you're using, add a bit of soda water. no calories or carbs yet a little fizz to make things a little more interesting.

If you don't like yogurt you could use vanilla ice cream (low fat) or if you don't wnant anything too thick try mlk, never tried it with milk but I think it's pretty ood.

healthy snacks:
1. fresh fruit, such as apples, bananas, grapes, oranges, strawberries, watermelon, etc.
2. Dried fruits, including raisins and prunes, although these are considered sticky foods that can put kids at increased risk for cavities, so consider having your kids brush and floss after eating

The recipe looks good and healthy and as long as it has made from natural source containing fruits it would definitely great one to boost our energy. Further if we could make it without consuming much time, then it would be a better choice for us.

If you are looking for some snacks that doesn't require much time then fruits are the best option. Just include some different varieties of fruits and a quick and healthy snack would be right in front of you to relish. If you are looking for some sweeteners, including a little honey would be a good option as it induces fat burn.

There are plenty of options for some quick and healthy home made snacks. Though this would differ fro person to person most of the people would agree on some salads and fruits or even fruit juices. If you would like to have it with a difference just get some biscuits and arrange some chopped vegetables over it and some sausages to taste. This is just an addition to the earlier said things but for me this does work the best.

Couldn't agree more on that, fruits have always proved to be a good source of nutrition and also contains a good amount of fiber in it which help to burn fat, so, there couldn't be a good alternative for a better and healthy snack as compared to the fruits. For a change the addition of some vegetable would also be a good option sometimes.
