I am working to get slim. I had lost 54 lbs since June 12 2006. I am doing the Low Fat Plan. I gained about about 17 lbs while absent from group. I need encouragment from People fighting the same battle. I got good encouragement from the group before and I am hoping you can help me again now I have found my way back.
