12/27/06 I'm 52 and weigh 290 lbs. today. I have many reasons to lose weight, and know how to. It's time to do it. I expect it to be a wonderful, challenging journey. There will be many temptations but no excuses! I have complete control over this, so I can either get all the credit, or take all the blame. Considering the rewards or consequences, it should be easy!!! Now, JUST DO IT!!!!!
