I have a goal of losing 100lbs so I can begin playing soccer again. Next year a city near me is starting a semi-pro team. I was a good college level player, but that was 8 years ago. Drinking and smoking did me in, but I have given up those habbits. Now I am motivated to achieve a fitness goal.
