Hi my name is Debby and I am 44 years old as of Jan 1/05. I am married and have 4 children (22,23,25,&26.Youngest and oldest boys, middle ones girls. I have 1 granddaughter who is 3. I am really overweight, I just let myself go,now however I would like nothing better than to be a roll model for my granddaughter and be able to take her out biking,hiking and the rest without being too tired. I have been stress eating for years and I think I have finally learned to deal with most stress. So bring on the weight loss now. I know I can do it, I quit smoking 6 yrs ago after smoking since I was 13 so this is just another hurtle to jump.
