Age 59 (born 1948) Current Weight Loss Goal: 50-60 lbs. Favorite Diet that has worked for me in the past: Zone (with my modifications).
Other things about me:
I'm divorced, and live in S. Central TX just east of San Antonio. We have some of the best food in the country, and therefore are one of the "fattest" areas, too!
I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, all rescues and angels that get along very well. Most recent addition is a rat terrier named Zoe, currently 15 wks old, and a little "terrorist" especially to the cats. They're better at ignoring her than I am!
Besides eating (LOL) I like movies, books, internet, going for rides (walks when the weather is good), and little weekend trips.
