50 year old female - needing to lose 20 pounds. I put on 35 pounds very quickly after having a hysterectomy three years ago. Everything changed!! My body, my emotional state, confidence level - all went to hell in a handbasket!! So now, I'm trying to recreate me - or at least give me a tune up!!! I have begun an intensive work out routine and diet plan, I have had some results (i.e., 15 pounds since beginning). But I would like to accelerate my reslts.
