50 YO male, 6 ft 245 pounds, always been large framed. Had Heart Surgery 6 years ago to repair a valve. Doctors said heart was in excellent shape, no blockages, worked out daily. SO I thought I was bullet proof, stopped working out, ate the wrong foods.... 2 weeks ago I now have 30% blockage in 2 smaller heart arteries.... Now walking and eating healthier than ever before.... but having a hard time losing weight.
