Hi! I live in San Diego and noticed my weight started to creep up after I got married. During the pregnancy of my daughter, I gained almost 70 lbs. When my daughter arrived, she only weighed 8 lbs. I lost the majority of the weight but I still want to shed 20 lbs. I am 5 ft, and when I started this diet I was 129.5 lbs. I have a petite frame so I know this is the ideal weight. I am a stay at home mom so I tend to snack and eat all day. This website is the best and I am glad I came across it. Keep up the work!!
