My name is Heather. My husband is a competative cyclist, bike mechanic and we have always been active, but in the last few years, my weight has been slowely increasing. I need to lose weight, but need advice on how to begin, as I have never tried to lose weight before. I would love to be able to join my husband on one of his rides in the near future, and re-gain my healthy lifestyle!!
