I am a 30 year old woman in Iceland, battling obesity. Got to be a whopping 403 lbs in january 2006 but I have lost since then 86 lbs (21. july 2006). I am not struggling at all losing weight, and it surprises me how easy it was. I think the reason for it is that I dealt with all my personal and emotional problems, so in fact I eliminated the reason for over-eating.
