I am 40 something... not sure if I just want to forget the right number or if the early memory loss has occured. I know that 50 is around the corner.

I am very dedicated to my work, and my child, and my friends. You could not find a more open and fun person (sound stuck-up huh.... sorry); but when it comes to my weight and health I have failed over and over.

Being newly diagnosed with several health problems has given me a fear that is not explainable.

I reach out to anyone that has tips, support, ideas and just plain ol talk and sharing. Maybe taking this journey one day at a time with friends/aquantances will help all of us out.

PS. Im really not stuck up..... at least not lately....
