Hi
I am a 35 year old from Christchurch, New Zealand. On June 27, 2004 I decided it was time for a change and re claimed "the healthy me"Since this date i have lost 30+kgs...I now weigh in with a healthy BMI, wear size 8-10 clothing and feel fantastic. In addition, I compete in Triathlons/Duathlons/Half Marathons.
I have two awesome teenagers and work full time as a registered nurse, also working towards a Masters Degree.
