Hi. my name is julyangel,and I'm nineteen. I weigh 207lbs and I'm five foot eight. I have a medium frame. I really need to lose this excess fat. I already lost 25 pounds but now its going nowhere. I need help. I would like to weigh about 150lbs or 160lbs. Always do the things you think you cannot.
