I am 58 years old and have been struggling with my weight forever. I am heavier than ever and want to get healthy. I am trying to do this by eating well and exercising. I am trying to watch my portions as well. I have back problems and arthritis and can't exercise like I would like to but am going to start to try to push more. I would like to talk to others who are struggling as well and hopefully that will help.
