I am a 7th grade teacher in Brooklyn, NY. About 2 years ago, I lost about 25 pounds and began running. I have, since, run 4 marathons and one 1/2 marathon... but I've also gained all the weightback-- AND MORE! I'm frustrated and looking for advice and support from this site.
