Goal Weight: 125-135 lbsMy goal is to lose weight, stay fit, increase muscle mass and lose fat. I would like to have a bodyfat percentage of around 22-23%.
My other goals include being able to run atleast a mile without beiing winded. I currently do not run and at about 1 minute I feel winded.
I have had some success in the past. In August 02 after being disgusted at my weight (222lbs, I decided to start working out and doing a strict diet. September 02- December 02 I lost about 30 or so pounds. By January/February 03 I was weighing 189. Unfortunatley I started taking breaks from the gym and eating junk, which has caused meto gain all my weiht back and more.
