I was anorexic just a few months ago, and now have started eating again, but because my body isnt used 2 it, i have gotten quite big, well i think. So i need help as to what to eat so that i can be healthy and eat without getting fat. I am only 14 and am very lacking in confidense. so please help me. And if you need helop to recover from anorexia just give me a bell, because its really bad.
