Hello everyone, I am trying to lose some weight just like the rest of you.. I had lost 95lbs and in the last year I have gained 15lbs. So therefore I am at an 80lb loss.. I want to lose 50 or 60 more. I'm only 5'1" and 197lbs.. I am hoping this site and all of you will help me proceed to become the new me..
