I am a recent college graduate and at first had a job that kept me very mobile. I lost about 15 pounds after graduation. I took another job that allowed me to work from my home. Big mistake! Since then I have put back on the 15 pounds that I lost plus 10 or 15 more. I weigh about 180 and I am 5'4. I am only 23 and find it hard to find cute clothes and really don't feel comfortable in my own skin right now. Today is the day that I start over!
