My name is Martha and I'm married and I have a 4 year old. I hope to have more kids someday. For now my main focus is on loosing some weight that I'm not very happy with. I've tried everything I can and I don't stay motivated long enough to reach my goal. I've been really close once and then winter came along! I'm trying to find support and ideas. Please Help!
