Hey there everyone!
I've been a member of this board since May of 2005 when I weighed 268 lbs standing 5'8". By following the Iddiot Proof Diet I've managed to lose over 50 of the 95 pounds I want to lose.
The people on this board are wonderful - extremely supportive and full of great advice.
