Hi everyone, I am really trying to not gain any more
weight. I am already up 15 pounds in less than 6 months. I really want to figure out how to lose the weight so my self esteem doesn't suffer. I've noticed I am getting very depressed about this. My loose pants I can barely button any more. I wish the best success and best happiness and self esteem for everyone.
