Hey there, my name's Samantha. I'm 18 years old, 5'7 and 260lbs. A few people tell me I don't look my weight byut I do feel it. Cancer and heart problems run in my fmaily's history. But i currently have no inceom to blow on crazy diets or pills. I need help and advise... anyone?
