Hi,
I'm 51, 100 plus lbs overweight, hypertensive, athsmatic, and food addicted. I'm really hoping this system has answers I'm not finding elsewhere. I'm a non-smoker, and that may be a saving grace. I'm hoping for a support group type of experience here.
