I am 21 years old, 5'7" tall.
PRE-PREGNANCY weight: 155 pounds. (Those were the days! LOL)
BEFORE BABY'S BIRTH: Topped out at a whopping 218 pounds! (I know! I gained 63 pounds!)
AFTER BABY'S BIRTH: Came in at 193. (My son was 9 pounds even! The rest was...well you know.)
POST-PREGNANCY weight: 222 pounds. (Still haven't lost the baby weight, and plus I gained some. It's been 13 months since my son's been born, and I feel these extra 67 pounds on my body every freakin' day!)
MY GOAL: To lose my 67 pounds to be at my healthy weight, to gain muscle mass, to strengthen my back muscles (I have back pain), and to be healthier, happier, and to look absolutely astonishing for myself and my husband!!
