Hi, my name is Tamme and I am 37 years old. I have been battling the bulge for years. I'm 5'5" and weigh 200lbs. I have tried every diet under the sun. My biggest opstical is motivation. I start out doing good, then I don't lose weight right away, so I get frustrated and start up my bad habits. I also say "I can eat this, I will start my diet tomorrow". I am hoping this time it will be different. I guess only time will tell.
