I am 34 yrs old and have begun yet another weight loss regime to lose weight. My daughter is 14 yrs old and has joined Contours with me so she can become fit. Heart disease is a huge problem in my family and my weight does not help the matter. I have two kids my daughter and a 13 yr old son. I have been married 14 yrs. I work midnight turn which makes eating right and healthy more difficult. So Im here lookin for help and advice.
