I was a member of this board a couple years ago...lost my focus and wandered away. I'm feeling my drive returning. :)

I'm married, three children and we live in a lakeshore home. No pets but we feed the birds and the squirrels and love the animals in the area.

I have 45 lbs to lose and I have promised myself it's time to do it now. I hope being back here will help me and maybe I can help someone else at the same time.
