My husband uses a soy protein powder, and I've tried it a few times. It's chocolate flavored and I mixed it with skim milk or rice milk. It doesn't taste too bad, It's got 16 g of protein per serving and the nutrition info looks good as far as fat, sugar etc. If you're interested, let me know and I'll get you the exact name of it (I'm upstairs right now). Some other suggestions are pinto beans, chick peas, and other beans that are high in protein. I think you mentioned before that you're already eating fish. If you have a little bit of meat (with more fat than you'd like), maybe you can cut down in other areas like cutting out some sugars. Good luck with everything. You have beautiful hair, and I'm sure adding some protein will keep it full.
