How much weight you will lose depends on how your body uses calories.
Let me ask you this? How much do you weight, what is your height? AND give us an example of what your food intake consists of for 1 typical day. That will better gauge what you should or shouldn't lose before then.
If you want typical weight loss, well it is an average of 1-2 pounds per week. So with that said, you should lose approximately 10 pounds by then the upper end. HOWEVER, you can lose more weight by doing different things. Eating sensibly, cutting out junk food all together, getting rid of soda pop, drinking enough water, getting enough nutrients(vitamins) and by exercising more than what you are used to.
It all depends on you!
