One more thing adding to Ivy's comment:

Take a before picture. Also take your measurements (waist, bust/chest, upper arm, thigh and calf). AND... make small goals ("I WILL lose 10 pounds in the next 8 weeks.")Post your goals all over the place. Where ever you will see them. Put it on your fridge. Put a post it note with it on the junk food. Do you really want to eat it then? Hopefully not.

If that doesn't work, pull out that picture... That should be motivation enough!!!!

One more thing, the reason you cheat could be for a few different reasons. I ask you to ask yourself these questions:
When I want to cheat:
1. What is my mood?
2. What am I doing?
3. Where am I at?
4. What am I craving?
5. What kind of food would I eat right now if I was going to cheat?

Those key questions are signs. You might be craving chocolate however it might actually be that your blood sugar is low or that you need iron. I know.. iron from chocolate.. well it mimics it.

If you are craving salt, you might be thirsty.

If you are craving meat, you probably need protein or iron.

If you want a fast food hamburger, well... it could be that you are bored!!!

Some triggers can be resolved just by taking GOOD vitamins. Some triggers can be resolved by eating every 2-3 hours. And some triggers can be resolved by eating healthy foods.

As for the exercise... once you get into a routine, it becomes a habit and then your body will crave it. This is a GOOD craving!!! I know if I go without exercising for more than a couple of days, I am more tired and just plain ole lazy. I also have no energy. Once I get back into the swing of things, I feel much more rejuvinated and more alive! You may be exercising either too much, too little or may be doing an exercise that you just don't enjoy. Switch it around a little. I do every few days. It keeps the body guessing and doesn't get boring then.

Hope that helps!
