Your guilt alone probably burtn off those calories :). In all that guilt I hope you enjoyed your birthday!
It's my daughter's 3rd on Tuesday, so on Sun. we went to the grandparents and had cake, I ate a small sliver. I'll eat another piece for her party, as well. I'll enjoy it all, because I know it's not an everyday thing anymore.
Anyway, great job - going to the gym! Enjoy yourself, and have a great week!
Heh, pretty soon your co-workers will comment on your weight loss and then they'll want to know your secret because they'll have remembered your birthday cake. You can keep the secret to yourself and just smile, knowingly! What an awesome feeling!
