You don't have to be good 100% of the time when it comes to weightloss. In most plans, there is a day that you have to rest and eat a few of the things you wouldn't normally. So, you ate a few things that weren't on your normal eating plan. That is ok. You worked your butt of and because you knew that if you ate those things, you really needed to work out.. I am so proud of you. It is easy to say... Well it is my birthday and so I am NOT going to work out today. That would have been my excuse and then the following day been depressed because I didn't work out when I knew I needed to. SO GOOD JOB GIRL!!! PROUD OF YOU!!! Proud of your motivation and your sticktoitivness!! (Is that really a word???) =)
