My suggestion to you is this: make a copy of the contract, take a highlighter and highlight any item that isn't being done by LA Weight Loss, and schedule an appointment with the manager. If you don't get any improvement, or just temporary, go over his head to their corporate office and demand your money back. All of it. Then, if you still aren't satisfied, call your local tv station. Most have investigative reporters that are drooling and ready for just such a problem. When LA Weight Loss starts getting bad press, they will improve.
