Well hello Lauriejane! I have been thinking about you and wondering how you are doing. The last time I was here you had lost a lot of weight. I am bigger than I've ever been. Topped the scale at 251 lbs this week. It was just the kick in the rear end I needed to get me motivated again. Just last weekend I was telling a friend, I know I can do it when I am in the right frame of mind. But I wasn't able to get in the right frame of mind no matter what.
I'm gonna let this be a lesson to me and remember all I need to do to get in that frame of mind is maybe just stepping on a scale.....lol.
It's nice to see some familiar people still here....Mark, Terr Bear, Becky Huns and you. I'll be seeing you around. :o)
