Hey, Oregon lady! Glad to see you back, sorry about the weight gain. I know all about that problem since I have recently gained back 15 lbs of fat due to laziness, depression and job stress. I am now trying hard to get back on track with my diet but it's been a struggle. I guess this is just one of those battles we have to fight over and over in order to win against the miseries of being fat. Glad you are back in the fight. I find that encouraging for both of us.
