You're doing great! Always remember that sometimes you may not lose any lbs, but still can lose inches! That's why it's good to measure every once in a while! I notice if I start toning up, the scale might not change as much as I would like, but I've lost a few inches! Keep it up, I'm proud of you!

: I've only lost three pounds so far but that's
: ok. My pants are already beginning to get
: looser. But the best thing of all is that I
: am already beginning to feel better. I
: started walking on my breaks during work.
: First I walked one time around the building
: and it was excruciating pain on my hips from
: all this extra weight. I could barely make
: it around one time. I actually had to stop
: and sit at a picnic table before I even made
: it all the way around. I was so short of
: breath and it hurt so much. Then I started
: trying for two times around. It's not a
: small building so it was pretty far for me
: since I'm so out of shape and heavy. Today I
: already have made it up to 3 times around
: without stopping and I'm not even short of
: breath after. The pain is also letting up
: already and my pants are not skin tight to
: my butt as they were a week and a half ago.

: I went to the doctor yesterday for my diabetes
: check up. I knew it was going to be very bad
: and it was. I'm supposed to shoot for a 6.9
: A1C....blood glucose level. Mine was 11
: point something. I can't believe I let this
: happen to me. No wonder my eyesight is so
: blurry. I am shooting for some drastic
: changes and I'm going to make it happen as
: fast as I can. I know that's not the best
: weigh to do this but right now I am actually
: more concerned about my diabetes than my
: weight. So if it takes losing weight quickly
: to get this under control that is what I
: must do. I have to say....all this sure is a
: huge shot of motivation.
