Thank you Lauriejane. I have noticed something major that is different. My eyesight had got so bad I couldn't even sit at the computer without glasses. Everything was a big blur. I am sitting here now without my glasses! This is very big! I can't believe it after only since Sept 29th the changes that are occurring. It feels like a miracle. I've lost 12 pounds now.
