Hello, please take two minutes to read this as I really need advice.
I am a girl, 18 years old, who wants to lose weight and has been jumping up and down in weight all her life.
I presently weigh 155 lbs (70 kg). I know I eat too much, so I will cut down on overeating and try to eat healthier and less sweet/bread foods.
But I know that the only real way to lose weight is by exercising.
My problem is that I do not have that much time on my hands because school and school work takes up a lot of my time.
What I am thinking about doing (because I reached a point where I am desperately wanting to lose this weight that I have been struggling with all my life) to get in shape is: work out for 30-40 minutes every day.
Basically, what I do is I fast walk and/or jog on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then lift weights for arms and do some exercises like lunges for the legs. And if I have some extra 5 minutes, I do some abdominal exercises. I cannot really spend that much time on this whole workout because I will end up going to bed at like 1 am (considering all the homework and studying) which will kill me the next day and end up in demotivating me from going to the gym.
I want to know if my plan is realistic: will this really help me lose like 10 kg? I do not need to lose that much more than that. I want to fit into clothes and not have this bulging lower stomach Sad
If any of you went through this and, from personal experience, have tips, please share them with me.
I will take any tips and suggestions!
I really want to make it through this time and not fail in losing weight once again.
Please take a moment to help me out here if you know anything.
Thank you for your time and thank you in advance for your help
I will keep you posted on my progress (cross your fingers for me! Smiley  )

The television and the other technology have made us couch potatoes. The technology entertains us but makes us unhealthy as well. With the technology we have forgotten the way of healthy living which includes exercises, more sleeping hours and a simple diet.

Simply this means that daily sports or exercise is enough for your healthy living. People lack of physical activity can be with sicknesses like obesity, heart problems, diabetes or even cancer.

Technology as usual has made it easy for your healthy living since indoor steppers, running belts and evens bicycles will keep you out of jogging early in the morning.

Check your equipments before buying since some items burns proteins without any oxygen use this will leave the fat just as it was.

Greetings,

We all have bad habits. Mine are checking email too frequently and being unorganized.
Your bad habits might include too much snacking and cheating on your nutrition plan,
coming up with excuses to skip exercise or watching too much TV.

Bad habits are the reason we need coaches. If you been trying to lose fat and get lean
by yourself, but with no luck, isn't it time to get professional help & social support?

It's hard to change. I battle against my bad habits all the time, just like you do every day.
But each day I also make an effort to overcome the bad habits, just as you should have a plan
in place to overcome your bad weight loss habits.

Don't let insecurity, fear of failure, or the fear of the unknown hold you back from making changes.
Don't be a victim. Give yourself PERMISSION to change.

So let's take action. Print this out. Now, write down 3 excuses you are using to avoid making the
changes you need to succeed.

1.

2.

3.

How have these excuses affected your life? What have the excuses stopped you from achieving?
Write down 3 very important things that you have missed out on because you've allowed yourself to make excuses.

1.

2.

3.

How do you feel when you fall victim to one of your self-sabotaging excuses?

What benefits do you get from the excuse? Is it simply that you get to remain in your comfort zone?
That's a big one for me. If i can convince myself that i need to check my email, then I get to remain
in my comfort zone and avoid the hard work and fear of failure that comes with writing an article.
Or is it the fear of the unknown that is holding you back? Write down 3 ways you benefit from making excuses.

1.

2.

3.

So now we both know why we've created our excuses - to avoid something. All we need to do now
is find a way to overcome these bad habits. I want you to write down 3 behaviors you want to stop.

1.

2.

3.

Now write down why you end up doing it...were you bored, fearful, lazy, etc.

1.

2.

3.

Now give yourself permission to change. Give yourself a powerful list of reason for fixing the habit.

1.

2.

3.

Working on bad habits everyday will give you an incredible boost in self-esteem and confidence. With each small successful improvement you'll build confidence to take on the bigger, badder habits that are holding you back.

Remember, everyday we are a work in a progress. You might have bad days, but as long as you make overall improvement each week and month - that is all that matters.

Chart your progress. Only then you will know what works and how much improvement you have made.

And finally, get social support. Don't expect to do this alone. Get in shape with Turbulence Training.

What the other people said about Turbulence Training?

"The constant shakeup is amazing. I look forward to my workouts. I feel so much better than I did 6
weeks ago. I had almost given up on fitness as I was becoming very frustrated with my plateaus. I started out at 233 lbs and I am already heading for 225 in only a few short weeks. Thank you for developing this truly amazing program and for sharing with the rest of us. It's refreshing to enjoy working out again.

Turbulence Training is AWESOME! I lost 14 pounds this month and the weight is just falling off me.
My wife says I now look like when we first met and I still have more to go. I can fit into my old jeans again which is a big deal for me. I just cut back on starches and bread and do routine 2-3 times a week. I never thought that just 10-20 minutes of weight training followed by some cardio would get me such steady result.

Hi,

It is good that you thought about the weight loss but it would be beneficial if go for a long term solution. go for jogging early in the morning and avoid fatty foods. Also you can take the diet pills like 'phentramin d' and loose your weight.

Enjoy your Life.

Taking drastic measures like using weight loss formulas, fad diet is very dangerous. If wedding is very closer you cant take big steps. You can do things like running and walking. You have to prepare yourself at-least before six month for the wedding. Its better to get a personnel trainer to help you with your weight loss plan.

I personally prefer Cabbage Soup Diet. This is really very good for weight loss.It is a radical weight loss diet involving consumption of low-calorie cabbage soup for seven days. Usually considered a fad diet, Cabbage soup diet is meant for short-term weight-loss. The typical diet is said to reduce 4.5 kg of weight in a week's time, however, nutritional experts claim that it is almost impossible to lose that much fat within a week. Thus, the weight lost is generally water.

The beneficial health effects of olive oil are due to both its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids and its high content of antioxidative substances. It just tastes good. I guess I would have to say it is an acquired taste and some people just don't like the bitter characteristic of some oils.
