going away

hey, i'm going away in march, march 25th to be exact (thats 40 days from now) and i would like to lost a (healthy) amount of weight until then. i exercise about a half hour to an hour a day, but i eat a TON of junk, which i'm going to cut down on. i need to know how much weight i should expect to lose, so i'm not making too high standards for myself, and what i should be eating to get there. thanks for your help!
