I am 5'6" and weigh 148-150 somewhere around there. usually, i get up, have a bowl of cereal, usually cheerios, or honeycombs, um, have a bottle of water, than for lunch a bagle sandwich and an apple...come home, have a cookie...or two...or three. -guilty face-. um, a glass of tea...dinner, whatever is around, usually meat, potatoes and a veggie, with a sauce. and or a snack, usually a bowl of ice cream.
wow reading that over, that sounds pretty bad. lol. i work out about 30-45 minutes a day, 15 minutes cardio, 30 minutes crunches, push ups ect. is that all you need, or anything else?? thanks for your help!!
