I do 18:6 and love it! Took about 2 weeks to adjust but now I have more energy than ever. The hardest part was skipping breakfast but now I do not even miss it.

I have been doing 16:8 intermittent fasting for about 3 months now and it has been a game changer! I eat between 12pm and 8pm. Anyone else doing IF? What schedule works for you?

Black coffee and staying busy helped me a lot in the beginning! The hunger does go away after a week or so.

I have been curious about IF but worried about feeling hungry. How did you handle the initial hunger?
