This is so helpful! I started with just 15-minute walks and now I am up to 45 minutes. Slow progress is still progress!

For those just starting out, here are some beginner-friendly workout routines that helped me: 1. Walking 30 mins/day - Start here if you have not exercised in a while 2. Bodyweight exercises - Squats, push-ups (modified), planks 3. YouTube workout videos - I love Fitness Blender and POPSUGAR Fitness 4. Swimming - Great low-impact cardio The key is to start slow and build up gradually. Do not try to do too much too soon!
