Honestly? This community and remembering WHY I started. I wrote my reasons down and read them when I wanted to quit.

I cannot believe I am writing this, but I have officially lost 30 lbs in 6 months! Here is what worked for me: - Calorie tracking (1500-1800/day) - Walking 10,000 steps daily - Strength training 3x/week - Meal prepping on Sundays - Drinking 8 glasses of water - Getting 7-8 hours of sleep The biggest change was my mindset. I stopped trying to be perfect and focused on being consistent. Some days I went over calories. Some days I skipped workouts. But I never quit. You can do this too!
