Ingredients
**Sweet Pea Guacamole** (aka "mock Guac")
2 pounds frozen peas, thawed 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 bunch cilantro, washed & trimmed 2 tbsp. soy sauce
(regular or lite)
2 cloves garlic 1 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste) 1/4 cup fresh
lime juice

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until fairly
smooth. This gets stronger as it melds so make ahead or taste
accordingly.
For a chunky version of "guacamole," add
1 chopped tomato
4 chopped scallions
