Cantaloupe Peach Soup

Refreshing chilled soup from The Enchanted Broccoli Forest. Light and summery!
Ingredients
6 medium ripe peaches
1/4 cup dry white wine
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey or to taste
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or to taste
Dash of nutmeg
1 medium ripe cantaloupe (5 inch diameter)
1 cup fresh orange juice
Instructions
1. Peel, pit, and slice peaches. Place in heavy saucepan with wine, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
2. Heat to boil, lower to simmer, cover and stew 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
3. Puree peach mixture with all liquid in blender. Return to serving bowl.
4. Chop about 3/4 of cantaloupe (minus skin and seeds) and puree with orange juice until smooth.
5. Add cantaloupe puree to peach puree.
6. Mince remaining cantaloupe and add pieces unpureed.
7. Cover and chill. Serve very cold.
