Simple and elegant cherry soup with fat-free yogurt. Worthy of serving as dessert to friends!
Ingredients
2 cups Morello cherry juice
2 cups fat-free yogurt
Morello cherries (as many as you want)
Instructions
1. Blend cherry juice and yogurt together until smooth.
2. Drop in cherries.
3. Chill if desired, or serve immediately.
Note: Can be made simply by scooping cherries and juice into a bowl, adding yogurt, and stirring. Looks like something from a pastel horror film, but tastes great!
