Green Bean and Potato Salad

Fresh summer salad with tarragon mayo dressing. Add bell peppers for extra color!
Ingredients
1 lb new potatoes (or other potatoes)
1 lb fresh green beans
1 small clove garlic, minced very fine
1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
1/4 cup Hellman's low-fat mayo (1g fat/tablespoon)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Mince garlic very finely and blend into mayo with vinegar. Set aside to let flavors blend.
2. Scrub potatoes and cut into 1-1.5 inch pieces. Steam until just tender (10-15 minutes).
3. Rinse potatoes with cold water and place in strainer to cool.
4. Trim green beans, snap in half, and steam until crisp-tender (3-5 minutes).
5. Rinse beans with cold water until cool.
6. Toss potatoes and beans with mayo mixture to coat.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
